Site for practising Reading Chinese

I've been looking for bilingual news documents for a while.  Ideally I'd find a site with weekly business articles, written in both English and Chinese.  This site comes close - bilingual general international news articles.  The articles aren't so up to date (the most recent discussing Dodi and Diana.  But, it's pretty simple daily news, the kind you might expect to read in a free newspaper (so largely basic language), and there are pages and pages of articles to work through.

I think it's increasingly common for Chinese web portals such as this one, sohu.com to have sections teaching English - the intended purpose of these bilingual articles. Oddly enough, looking at English portals such as bbc.co.uk, ours also teaches English.  When will UK/western portals have major sections teaching Chinese I wonder...
