London Victoria Restaurant - Quirinale

My former manager Jonathan B took me to this superb little restaurant.  (and very kindly treated me, cheers boss!)  A small basement restaurant seating about 20-30 perhaps.  Great service, superb menu.  Main course maybe 14 pounds, but the kind of place where side dishes such as spinach or mash are extra, and you'd order mineral water not tap.  Meal probably came in at 40-50 pounds each before wine I'm thinking.

Apparently it's regularly frequented by 'politicos', and so busy when Parliament is in session.  Well worth dropping in if you want to try fancy eating in London but not in a 'famous'/highly commercialised restaurant (like Nobu say).
