Job Role
Description	You are an experienced consultant that will manage the pipeline, project assignments, coach consultants, be the main point of contact to clients and manage staffing in the SRG. You will ensure work is delivered to scope and on schedule, role model best practice strategy consulting skills, build the SRG team, add to the existing knowledge base and enhance the China SRG’s profile and contribution within Capgemini. There are 5 main working areas: Management workflow, project management, management staffing, tracking & reporting China SRG performance and creating team environment. You will be participating in sales with our sector representatives. In addition, scope new projects and coach the analysts in the delivery of their work. You will ensure that the research will be done on time and above the expectation delivery. After a 12 month period, you will move into the Transformation Consulting Service Line.
Position	The China SRG provides value added solutions through strategic analyses and insights. While providing focused solutions to clients, the China SRG at the same time serve as a learning environment and centre for quality training to build core strategy skills of Capgemini consultants. In addition, China SRG will collaborate with other SRG’s around the world.
Profile
Capabilities	Are you/Do you have: · Able to multi task and strong time management skills · Able to demonstrate leadership and skill development competencies · Leadership and skill development abilities · Able to provide thought leadership for a wide range of topics and industries · An experienced in user of strategy toolkit · Superior analytical capability and logic in developing data driven panel sets · Able to manage client relationships at middle management level · Able to lead a small team of 2 consultants · Able to independently generate business for the SRG
Skills	You have / you are · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience · Extensive consulting experience and excellence in core consulting skills · Strong analytical capabilities · Large know how about Capgemini · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Excellent English written and verbal communication and presentation skills
