Couch Potato - TV guides

I've been looking for interesting / educational programs to work on my Chinese. Ideally... business related, travel related, or just something that young people can watch. Having a video recorder helps a lot with this. I got a hard drive video recorder so that I could record a lot and then figure out what I wanted to watch.

Strategic Decisions 决策 (not quite sure when or what channel yet)

Travelogue (weekly)
Culture Express (saturday edition has a 10 minute cookery thing)
Discovering China (cultural stuff)
Travel in Chinese (but too basic for me now)
